Order Your Contact Lenses Online

For your convenience you can now order your contact lenses from your computer.  Click on the link below and fill out the appropriate information.  Your order will be double checked by our office to ensure that the information is accurate and the prescription is up to date before the lenses are shipped to your home.  

• Please Note: In the State of Michigan, contact lenses are subject to 6% sales tax, your online order will not reflect that sales tax total, but your credit card will be processed with that additional dollar amount.
• Please note that if you currently wear the VisualEyes brand of contact lenses you cannot take advantage of this service at this time.  Please call the office at 887-2020 or e-mail us at info@northwestoptometry.com to place your order.
• If you have a valid current contact lens prescription from another office we are happy to assist you too.  We will need a copy of your prescription before lenses will be shipped to you.
• A reminder that your contact lens prescription is only valid for 1 year from the date the prescription was finalized.  An expired prescription cannot be filled and will require an eye exam before lenses can be ordered.
